Understanding Ticket Refunds at RAD Torque Raceway: What You Need to Know

Buying tickets for an event should feel exciting, not stressful. At RAD Torque Raceway, we want to make sure you understand exactly how refunds work, what options are available, and how you can protect your purchase in case life throws you a curveball.

Our Standard Refund Policy

To keep our events operating smoothly, all tickets sold at RAD Torque Raceway are final sale: no refunds, exchanges, or credits. This helps us plan accurately and ensure we can deliver top-quality experiences for every attendee.

If you don’t add Refund Protection at checkout, this is the policy that applies.

REFUND PROTECTION FROM TEAK

Life happens. Illness, emergencies, and travel issues pop up when we least expect them. That’s why Showpass has partnered with Teak to offer an optional add-on at checkout called Refund Protection, powered by Teak. This service gives you an extra layer of flexibility by letting you request a refund if unforeseen, verifiable circumstances prevent you from attending. For the complete list of covered circumstances, review the Refund Protection Terms & Conditions available at checkout, in your Showpass confirmation email, and on your order detail page. The entire process is handled outside of RAD Torque Raceway. Teak manages everything.

Refund Protection is completely optional, but it can be a great way to safeguard your plans if something unexpected happens. Without it, our standard final sale policy applies.

We hope this guide helps you feel confident and informed when buying tickets for events here at RAD Torque Raceway.

NHRA LAND OF THE LEADERS RESULTS

Announcement – Land of the Leaders May 10 & 11 Results!

The NHRA Land of the Leaders event at RAD Torque Raceway on May 10 and 11 delivered an action-packed weekend of racing with some incredible performances.

On Saturday, Wes Nystrom of Edmonton, AB claimed the Sportsman win in his historic 1981 GMC Pickup. This truck is no stranger to making headlines—it was the last vehicle to take a pass down Edmonton International Speedway in 1982 and was the very first down our current track in 1992 (Capital Raceway). In the Pro class, Jason Born from Airdrie, AB took the win in his 1988 Chevrolet S-10. Gerry Brown of Sherwood Park, AB earned the Super Pro victory behind the wheel of his 1971 Dodge Demon.

Sunday brought even more excitement. Kevin Lupien from Surrey, BC captured the Sportsman win driving a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 RT that he borrowed from fellow competitor Lance Cherchuk—then went on to beat him in the final. Cherchuk didn’t go home empty-handed, though, as he secured the Pro class win with his 1970 Plymouth Duster. Gerry Brown returned to the winner’s circle in Super Pro, marking the first ever back-to-back race weekend win at RAD Torque Raceway.

Congratulations to all the drivers on an unforgettable weekend of racing. The next NHRA Land of the Leaders race at RAD Torque Raceway is coming up on Saturday, May 31—don’t miss it!
