This service gives you an extra layer of flexibility by letting you request a refund if unforeseen, verifiable circumstances prevent you from attending. For the complete list of covered circumstances, review the Refund Protection Terms & Conditions available at checkout, in your Showpass confirmation email, and on your order detail page. The entire process is handled outside of RAD Torque Raceway. Teak manages everything.
Refund Protection is completely optional, but it can be a great way to safeguard your plans if something unexpected happens. Without it, our standard final sale policy applies.
